Classic Motorcycle Mecca is bringing the story of homegrown hero George Begg - and a golden age in Kiwi motorsport history - to the public. At his workshop in rural Southland Begg built 18 racing cars that went on to challenge – and beat – the best marques in the world. The exhibit, housed in a whopping 1600m2 space, will officially open on 13 February.
