There are a couple that always amaze me and when I mention them to operators they generally are amazed as well. 49.3% of all international arrivals have been here before. Sure these figures are skewed with some regular businesses visitors but still it's an amazing figure. If you put on top of this that 83.8% say they are going to come back we need to ensure that we do not treat international visitors as one-offs. I suggest give them material that is an incentive to return or pass on to someone that they know might be heading this way. On that note I must find out how many people intend to recommend New Zealand to friends and family? « Back |
