'arrival' influences where visitors spend their time and their money
At 'arrival' magazine it's all about "how do we get the magazine to work for the users"? If it works for the users, that is, international visitors, then it will work for advertisers. The more we can get the international visitor to use and hold on to the magazine the better it will work for our customers.
Everyday we ask the question - "How can we improve what we do?"
We ask our advertisers and we ask the readers. Readers give us feedback via feedback.arrival.co.nz . From the thousands of suggestions we receive we consider them all and act on most of them. Sounds obvious but if we give the readers what they ask then they will use the magazine more, hold onto it longer and best of all pass it on to a friend if they no longer need it.
For advertisers, we continue to ask what results do you want? How will you know if you have obtained those results and most importantly how can we gain for you the highest return on your investment?
